At BL, I’ve had the pleasure to manage social media and write thought leadership content for two of Flagstar Bank’s business-to-business business units: Commercial Banking and Third-Party Origination (TPO), its leading wholesale mortgage arm. I specialize in leveraging compelling first-person storytelling to showcase the knowledge and expertise of the bank's team and drive engagement among targeted key customer and stakeholder groups.

Flagstar TPO includes the management of an employee advocacy publishing platform with self- and auto-publishing options for team members to publish customized versions of channel content. While I’ve managed these channels, both business units have nimbly navigated a corporate merger with NYCB and a rapidly changing economic environment with timely, relevant content that resonates with our audiences.
